Coverage That Stands Behind the Work
Different services carry different coverage. Our service guarantee protects qualifying repairs, while our clear-coat warranty provides additional protection for qualifying refinished surfaces.
1-Year Guarantee
AWR provides a one-year guarantee from the invoice date on qualifying crack repairs, bend repairs, tire mounting and balancing, and other covered services.
Limited Lifetime Clear-Coat Warranty
Clear coat applied by Absolute Wheel Repair to qualifying wheels, calipers and headlights is protected against peeling and cracking for the original purchaser, subject to required maintenance and exclusions.
Important Terms
Our guarantees are designed to stand behind qualifying work, but some repairs and finishes have important limitations.

Wheels with bends can crack during the straightening process. We work to return qualifying wheels as close as practical to factory specifications, with a target runout of 35 TIR, but that result cannot be guaranteed for every wheel.
Absolute Wheel Repair is not responsible for cracks that occur during the bend-repair process. If cracking occurs, the additional crack repair is the customer's responsibility.
Wheels with previous welds or multiple welds do not qualify for the one-year guarantee. Replacement may be recommended instead, depending on the wheel and its condition.
AWR is not responsible for cracks that occur during or after repair on wheels with previous or multiple welds. Any additional crack repair in those circumstances is the customer's responsibility.
To keep the limited lifetime clear-coat warranty active, the vehicle must return to Absolute Wheel Repair for the complimentary 90-day follow-up detail and inspection.
After the initial follow-up, an additional detail and inspection is required every six months. This service focuses on maintaining and conditioning the clear-coated surfaces.
Failure to complete these required follow-up services voids the limited lifetime warranty.
The clear-coat warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, improper cleaning or maintenance, or modifications to the coated surfaces.
Damage caused by environmental factors such as road salt, chemicals or extreme weather conditions is also excluded.
The limited lifetime clear-coat warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the qualifying clear-coat service from Absolute Wheel Repair.
Protect the Finish. Protect the Coverage.
Proper wheel care matters after refinishing. Give a freshly refinished wheel time to cure, use appropriate cleaning products and avoid harsh chemicals that can damage the finish.
